The Challenge
After 10 years in a similar role in Marketing at Galderma, I was challenged with a number of situations – strategically, tactically & from an
organisational structure perspective.
The Solution
A series of structured discussions to explore:
- Who I am (rather than what I do) – values; skills; purpose; drivers & passions
- Myself as a leader and what type of leader I would like to be
- What do I want to be known for?
- How to take control over my career progression.
The Results
So far…:
- leading the team to execute the most comprehensive, large scale aesthetic event in the regions
- Promotion to the Head of Portfolio & Education and the addition of one person to my team.
My journey with Lisa has been insightful, thought provoking and at times confronting when diving into past or current challenges. The work with Lisa has helped to crystallise thoughts and initiate discussions I may not have otherwise had, to identify strengths and weaknesses to progress and improve my career – and this journey continues. I would recommend this journey to anyone committed to career & self-development.
